2 Tbsp | Mascarpone |
2 | bagels |
200g | smoked salmon |
1/2 | avocado |
few sprigs | dill |
1 tspn | capers |
pepper, to taste |
1 | Cut the bagels into halves. Toast if desired. |
2 | Spread a tablespoon of Mascarpone onto one bagel half. |
3 | Top with half the smoked salmon, avocado, dill and capers. Repeat for the second bagel. |
4 | Season with pepper. Top each with the other bagel half to form sandwiches. |
