Our Ricotta is the perfect substitute to your traditional cream cheese when looking for a healthier alternative to your classic dips. This recipe is seriously tasty & is ridiculously simple to make. Just a few ingredients, give or take 5 minutes, and you’ve got one tasty dip at hand.
|3||spring onions, finely diced|
|1||garlic clove, crushed|
|1||lemon, juice only|
|salt & pepper to tase|
|vegetables & crackers to serve|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Note: Or if you prefer a smoother consistency, mix in a blender for 5 seconds on low speed.
|2||Season to taste and garnish with some additional diced spring onion.|
|3||Serve with sliced vegetables, crudités, and char-grilled bread.|
