|8 slices||Fresh Pecorino Style Cheese|
|8 slices||crusty white bread|
|8 slices||hot pancetta|
|8 tspn||basil pesto|
|freshly cracked black pepper|
Lightly toast both sides of the bread.
Remove from grill/toaster. Place a piece of pancetta on each and drizzle over the pesto. Top with the slices of Fresh Pecorino.
