For lovers and admirers of Italian Cheese, this one is for you! This box contains a sampling of our range that is guaranteed to spark joy. Brighten a loved one’s day or simply stock your own fridge, the choice is up to you!
To start, we’ve included Traditional Bocconcini. This versatile, mild pasta filata cheese is a classic favourite. Use this cheese to add a milky flavour and chewy texture to your roast veggie salad. Or melt them on your pizza to add a creamy, delicious cheesy finish.
Our versatile Double Cream has a wonderfully thick texture and a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel. Use it to thicken hot dishes such as a risotto, or top off your favourite fruit or dessert with a large dollop of this good stuff.
Smooth Ricotta is the same Traditional Ricotta that we set in a basket. Instead of draining the whey, we blend it back in to create a smooth, creamy consistency, which makes it the perfect addition to your savoury or sweet recipe. Let it inspire you to bake a Ricotta cheesecake!
Always a fan favourite, our Haloumi has been delighting South Australians for decades! It steals the show of every dish it is added to. Whether cooked on the BBQ or fried in a pan, it adds a deliciously buttery flavour explosion that is accented with the perfect amount of salt. Try it in a salad, chopped up in your soup, or as an accompaniment to your barbecued meat.
We think you will love having a handy tub of Grated Parmesan. It is truly the “magic fairy dust” of Italian cooking and you can never have too much! Add it to your spaghetti, pasta bakes, casseroles, garlic bread, muffins, quiches, and so much more.
To top off our hero collection, we have included a Burrata which is our signature product. It is a hand made fresh mozzarella pouch, filled with delicious stracciatella which is cream and shredded fresh mozzarella. Try this with slices of ripe tomato and basil, topped with your best extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, with crusty bread.
