2) At the checkout, please enter your shipping address, billing address, phone number, email and your preferred method of payment. You will be asked to select a delivery date as well.
3) Sit back and wait for your cheese boxes of choice to be delivered to your door.
Additions and Substitutions:
We offer the option to add to your box. If there is something specific you are after, please contact our Factory Outlet Shop on 08 8336 2020 during business hours (8:30am – 5:00pm) to discuss an addition or substitution.
La Casa Del Formaggio endeavours to display up-to-date pictures of items available. At times, pictures may differ from stock received. We recommend customers refer to product labels prior to consumption.
Every order placed is carefully reviewed and packed by our Factory Outlet Shop team. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions.
Please make sure that your delivery address & postcode are correct at the time of placing your order. La Casa Del Formaggio cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. We also cannot be responsible for any delivery delays which may occur during peak seasons or events out of our control.
At present we only ship to metro Adelaide addresses via refrigerated transportation.
We aim to dispatch you order as quickly as possible, within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Orders will be delivered the next day after we dispatch them to our delivery company. Deliveries can take place Monday through Friday only.
It will be assumed by La Casa Del Formaggio that the person present at the delivery address is permitted to accept the goods.
Due to the fresh, delicate nature of the cheeses we offer, it is highly recommended that someone is present to accept the delivery and place the items into refrigeration immediately. If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the property. We suggest placing an esky out with instructions for the package to be deposited into the esky. La Casa Del Formaggio will not accept any responsibility for items left unattended on your premises as it is your responsibility to designate a delivery time at a place and time when someone will be present to collect the goods.
We are currently offering a free shipping promotion. Standard delivery fee is $10.00.
Can I send a parcel to a friend?
Yes – please state the ‘Shipping address’ to be different from the billing address.
Also, if you would like a hand written note, please state in the ‘Comments Box’ the exact message you would like written on La Casa Del Formaggio stationery.
We accept payment online by Visa and Mastercard. For your protection, all credit card transactions are conducted on an SSL secured site.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, if you have not received this the order may not be placed successfully. Please check your spam folder before contacting us, if you believe you should have received your email but it is not in your main inbox.
Tracking your order:
We cannot offer tracking numbers as our orders do not travel via post. If your delivery is late or you believe it is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes to orders:
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately. We can only make changes prior to dispatch.
