La Casa Del Formaggio is celebrated its 30th Birthday at its factory outlet shop on November 21st, 2018. Our customers and team were treated to specials, giveaways, samples and free wood fired pizza.
Established in 1988, La Casa Del Formaggio was created when Gerardo and Rosa Cicchiello decided to convert their humble continental deli in the Adelaide suburb of Hectorville into a full-time cheese making business. The family has maintained a small continental style cheese shop all these years as a way to distribute cheese at its freshest, and keep a strong connection to our local community.
Today, La Casa Del Formaggio has become synonymous with premium quality fresh cheese throughout Australia. Its products can be found on the shelves of Coles and Woolworths as well as in independent supermarkets and specialty food stores. La Casa Del Formaggio introduced Bocconcini to Australian supermarkets in 1999, making soft white balls of cheese commonplace in summer salads and winter pizzas for all Australian families to enjoy.
