  1. Cut the bagels into halves. Toast if desired.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of Mascarpone onto one bagel half.
  3. Top with half the smoked salmon, avocado, dill and capers. Repeat for the second bagel.
  4. Season with pepper. Top each with the other bagel half to form sandwiches.
