Ingredients

  • 1/3cup Smooth Ricotta
  • 1cup fresh or frozen pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2cubed fresh mango (or 1/2 cup frozen)
  • 1medium sized banana
  • 1/2cup milk of choice
  • 1 tspnvanilla extract
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Add ice if preferred and enjoy cold!
