Ingredients

1/3 cup Smooth Ricotta
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tspn chia seeds
honey, to taste

Preparation

1 Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Serve immediately!
