1. Tear bread into bite-sized pieces. Slice tomatoes into quarters. Combine tomatoes and bread in a large bowl and let sit for one hour to allow flavours to absorb.
  2. Add olives and toasted pine nuts to tomato and bread mixture.
  3. Combine bocconcini with Basil Marinade according to pack instructions. Add entire tub of marinated cheese to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper as desired. Serve immediately!
