• 8Slices of Fresh Pecorino
  • 8Slices of crusty white bread
  • 8Slices of hot pancetta
  • 8Dessert spoons of basil pesto
  • Freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Lightly toast both sides of the bread.
  2. Remove from grill/toaster. Place a piece of pancetta on each and drizzle over the pesto. Top with the slices of Fresh Pecorino.
  3. Grill until the cheese is melted, golden and bubbling. Grind black pepper over bruschettas and serve.
