  1. Slice Ciabatta roll horizontally to form a top and bottom half.
  2. Cut three Traditional-sized bocconcini balls into 50cent sized slices. Slice a small tomato into three or four slices. Layer the cheese and tomatoes in the bread roll.
  3. Drizzle the sticky balsamic across the cheese and tomatoes.
  4. Top the cheese and tomatoes with basil and rocket leaves. Season to taste and place the top half of the bread onto the toppings. Serve fresh or grilled if preferred!
