Preparation

  1. Preheat oven (wood fired, tabletop pizza oven or conventional).
  2. Place pizza base onto a floured or greased coking tray or counter.
  3. Spread passata over pizza, leaving approximately 15mm crust on edges. Meanwhile, remove the Burrata from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.
  4. Slice Fresh Mozzarella into strips and place on top of base, along with the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Cook in the oven until cheese starts to melt.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with the basil pesto. Serve with the Burrata on top, and slice it open at the table before you slice the pizza. Enjoy immediately!
