Preparation

  1. Wash figs and slice in half from stem to bottom so that they form heart shapes.
  2. Cut strips of prosciutto in half.
  3. Place bocconcini ball in the center of the fig near seeds and wrap prosciutto strip around the fig and bocconcini. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all are finished.
  4. Dress with olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
