This season on Open Homes Australia, Chef Adam Swanson is cooking up some special recipes using La Casa Del Formaggio cheeses. One of our absolute favourites is his Gluten Free Lemon Ricotta Donuts!
They are so much easier to make than you think. He combines a quick and simple batter, spoons them into balls, and does a short fry in a saucepan. The result is light, fluffy, lemony donuts that are completely so delicious. It is nearly impossible to stop at one!
